Creating Exciting Opportunities for All

At NeoEdu, we provide a comprehensive recruitment service for primary schools, working with diverse clients nationwide to meet their unique staffing needs.

We recruit for both short-term and long-term positions in the following areas,

EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 – Teaching and Support Roles

Teaching and support roles in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 focus on early learning, literacy, and numeracy. Roles include Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and SEN Support Staff, fostering development and inclusion. These professionals shape young learners, ensuring a supportive and engaging educational experience.

Intervention and targeted support roles focus on helping students with additional learning needs. Teaching Assistants, SEN Specialists, and Learning Mentors provide one-on-one or small-group support in literacy, numeracy, and emotional development. These roles ensure inclusive education, helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Interim school leadership – Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, SENCOs

Headteachers lead schools, setting vision and strategy. Deputy Headteachers support leadership, managing staff and curriculum. SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) ensure support for students with additional needs. Together, they create an inclusive, high-quality learning environment, promoting student achievement and well-being.

Administrative, Clerical, and School Support Roles

Ensure smooth school operations, handling communication, records, finance, and scheduling. Administrators, Receptionists, and Office Staff assist teachers, parents, and students. Their work keeps schools organized, efficient, and welcoming, allowing educators to focus on teaching while maintaining a supportive learning environment for all.

Lunchtime supervisors ensure a safe, enjoyable mealtime for students. They monitor dining areas, assist with meals, and promote good behavior. Their role includes supervising playtime, resolving conflicts, and ensuring student well-being. They create a positive, supportive environment, helping children enjoy their break safely and return to learning refreshed.
